Job Title: Analytics Engagement Manager
Role Overview
The Analytics Engagement Manager serves as the strategic liaison between the CFO organization and technical data teams. This role is responsible for translating complex financial objectives—such as revenue forecasting, margin optimization, capital allocation modeling, and investment scenario analysis—into actionable technical product requirements.
The individual will own the analytics product delivery roadmap, manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations, and ensure that the delivered data toolkit aligns with enterprise financial strategy, measurable business value, and high adoption across finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface between CFO/Finance leadership and Data & Engineering teams.
Translate strategic financial questions (e.g., investment optimization, cost structure improvement, capital efficiency) into structured data modeling and analytics requirements.
Define and manage the end-to-end analytics product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering through development, UAT, deployment, and adoption.
Build and maintain a prioritized delivery roadmap aligned with CFO objectives.
Facilitate workshops with FP&A, Controllership, Strategy, and Business Finance stakeholders.
Ensure financial models and analytics outputs are aligned with Telco-specific business drivers (ARPU, churn, CapEx allocation, spectrum investments, etc.).
Drive governance, data quality standards, and performance metrics for financial analytics solutions.
Track adoption, ROI realization, and continuous improvement of delivered analytics products.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical finance stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Proven ability to convert high-level financial objectives into detailed data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.

Financial Acumen
Deep understanding of:
P&L structures
Cash Flow Statements
Capital allocation frameworks
Valuation methodologies (NPV, DCF, EBITDA)
Experience within a Telco or capital-intensive industry preferred.
Product & Delivery Management
Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience managing the lifecycle of analytics/data products.
Ability to manage backlogs, sprint planning, UAT cycles, and production releases.
Familiarity with data platforms, BI tools, and financial modeling environments.
Stakeholder Management
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience driving alignment across Finance, Data Engineering, and Business Strategy teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
8–12+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Analytics Product Management, FP&A, or Data Strategy roles.
Prior experience supporting CFO organizations in a Telco or similar large enterprise environment.
