Sales Lead – Enterprise Application Sales (KSA) | Immediate Impact Role

We are looking for a battle-tested Sales Lead who has already won large enterprise application deals in KSA. If you have personally closed business for Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Custom ERP solutions and know how to navigate Saudi enterprise buying cycles, this role is built for you.
This position demands ownership, hunger, and accountability. You will be measured by revenue, closures, and pipeline quality—nothing else.
What You Will Own
Full responsibility for enterprise application sales across the KSA market.
Hunting and closing high-value deals for Oracle, SAP, MSD, and Custom ERP solutions.
Direct engagement with CXOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Heads.
Driving the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signing.
Aggressive pipeline building with accurate forecasting and deal velocity.
Working with presales and delivery teams to win deals, not just propose solutions.
Consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Who Should Apply
8–12 years of hardcore application / ERP sales experience.
Proven success selling Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Custom ERP solutions in Saudi Arabia.
Strong personal network within KSA enterprises or government entities.
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)—you must be able to sell and negotiate in Arabic.
Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel aggressively for business.
Self-driven closer who does not need hand-holding.
