Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Experience Required: 5+ years

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be a person who represent the company with integrity, who focus on business needs in software solution Microsoft Dynamics 365, who enjoys building and developing relationships, and happy to undertake a variety of sales generation activities as appropriate.

2. Data analysis and market research
3. Client engagement and relationship management
4. Problem solving and consultative selling
5. Effective presentation and communication
6. Negotiation and closing deals
7. Reporting and forecasting
8. Collaboration with team and cross-functional teams
9. Continuous Improvement

Requirement:
- 5+ years working experience in selling IT-related solutions and services
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving targets
- Understand about Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central)
- Self-motivated person and have good presentation and influencing skills
- Have a strong networking
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and foster long-term partnerships
- Excellent communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Graduate from any major and with a GPA > 3.0 is preferable.

Salary Range: IDR 20,000,000 – 24,500,000 net
