LOCATION & REPORT
· Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator
· Site: Bel Vietnam - Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City
· Scope: Vietnam
· Reporting to: National RTM & Sales Capability Manager
JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES
· Collect data and generate the reports and the business analysis for sales management.
· Responsible for analysis report of sales team per region
· Responsible for sales program of sales team
· Support sales admin activities among sales team
PERIMETERS OF THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
1. Trade marketing support:
a. Prepare promotion memo, PR/PO, tracking progress and follow payment.
b. Prepare visibility contract, including vendor code creation, follow execution and payment.
c. Consolidate trading term and follow the claim back process from distributor.
2. Support MT Team:
a. Update the master coverage plan, including create and remove new store.
b. Support MT team for new product listing.
3. Reporting and System:
a. Build form for Data Consolidation monthly
b. Collect & analysis report
4. Budget Control:
a. Review and process documentation related to travel expenses, car rental… incurred by the sales team. Verify expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies. Consolidate and track Travel & Expense of Sales team every month.
b. Calculate and track sales team working hours, salary and incentive
5. Sales Development & Training support:
a. Support to deploy online training and classroom training to sales team (following ACE)
b. Support deployment, tracking and facilitate for sales development program: Sales Pipeline Leader Program; Sales Meeting & Event
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Background: At least 3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer service within a company, preferably FMCG.
- Personality: Detail-oriented and assertive.
- Skills:
· Office Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
· Software Expertise: Familiarity with sales and management software.
· Sales Administration Skills: Proficient in managing customer and sales data.
· Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with proven expertise in stakeholder management.
