Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Manager to join a leading creative agency in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the sports and wellness ecosystem, with a strong network and a passion for building meaningful partnerships. Experience working within a creative, content, or digital marketing environment will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:

o Drive new business by leveraging existing relationships and building strategic connections across the sports and wellness industries
o Facilitate daily introductions with key stakeholders, brands, and decision-makers
o Identify and secure partnership and revenue opportunities across sports, wellness, and lifestyle sectors
o Collaborate closely with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and brand experiences
o Translate client objectives into innovative content-led and digitally driven solutions
o Bring a strong understanding of global content trends, digital platforms, and fan engagement strategies
Key Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
o Background in a creative agency, media, content, or digital marketing environment is highly preferred
o Strong, active network within the UAE sports ecosystem
o Deep understanding of fan engagement and content trends
o Self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills
o Arabic and English proficiency strongly preferred
