Sr. Tech Lead with Informatica Development

<div>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Tech Lead with <strong>Informatica Development</strong> with over 12+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in <strong>Informatica PowerCenter</strong>, <strong>SQL</strong>, and strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and enterprise data architecture.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design, develop, and implement robust ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop complex data mappings, transformations, and workflows to support business reporting and analytics.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Optimize ETL performance through tuning and best practices.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with various source and target systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), etc.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement data quality and data governance frameworks as needed.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ETL processes.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Data Quality (IDQ).</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills; ability to work with large data sets and optimize queries.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in relational database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Snowflake.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in data warehousing and data lake environments.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of cloud data integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Informatica Certification (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter Developer Certified Professional).</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Python or Shell scripting is a bonus.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Education:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
