About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more of our core product lines. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will also be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Write detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs and features.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell products.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
  • Experience with user research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for building great products that solve customer problems.
