- Salary range: $100,000–$120,000, plus performance bonus

What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the HRIS platform, UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
- Support implementations, testing, go‑lives, and ongoing system enhancements
- Lead data migration and HRIS onboarding for acquired entities
- Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems
- Build reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience
- Hands‑on experience with UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
