Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled FPGA Design Engineer with strong experience in Intel FPGA ecosystems to join our Bangalore-based onsite team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Verilog RTL design, SoC-based architectures, and embedded firmware development. You will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining FPGA-based systems for high-reliability applications.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Verilog RTL design skills (Intel FPGA ecosystem).
- Hands-on experience with Quartus Prime (synthesis, timing closure, signal tap debugging).
- Experience with NIOS II processor, custom IP, and SoC-style designs.
- Strong debugging skills (logic analyzers, signal tap, simulation tools).
- Experience integrating memory interfaces and peripherals in Qsys / Platform Designer.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded firmware.
- Ability to understand and extend large existing codebases.
Good-to-Have Skills
- PCB design experience with Altium Designer.
- HIL system development experience.
- Python scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of communication buses (CAN, SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with test environments in automotive or battery systems.
Required Experience Range
- 3–7 years’ experience in FPGA/SoC development.
- Experience with Intel Cyclone series preferred (Cyclone IV, V, 10).
Notice Period Criteria
- Preferably up to 30 days notice period.
- Candidates with longer notice may be considered if highly suitable.
- Location is Bangalore onsite job.
