Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled FPGA Design Engineer with strong experience in Intel FPGA ecosystems to join our Bangalore-based onsite team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Verilog RTL design, SoC-based architectures, and embedded firmware development. You will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining FPGA-based systems for high-reliability applications.

Mandatory Skills

Strong Verilog RTL design skills (Intel FPGA ecosystem).
Hands-on experience with Quartus Prime (synthesis, timing closure, signal tap debugging).
Experience with NIOS II processor, custom IP, and SoC-style designs.
Strong debugging skills (logic analyzers, signal tap, simulation tools).
Experience integrating memory interfaces and peripherals in Qsys / Platform Designer.
Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded firmware.
Ability to understand and extend large existing codebases.

Good-to-Have Skills

PCB design experience with Altium Designer.
HIL system development experience.
Python scripting for automation.
Knowledge of communication buses (CAN, SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet).
Familiarity with test environments in automotive or battery systems.

Required Experience Range

3–7 years’ experience in FPGA/SoC development.
Experience with Intel Cyclone series preferred (Cyclone IV, V, 10).

Notice Period Criteria

Preferably up to 30 days notice period.
Candidates with longer notice may be considered if highly suitable.
Location is Bangalore onsite job.
