Job Description:

● Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure smooth implementation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

● Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.

● Configure and customize WMS solutions to align with customer needs.

● Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.

● Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to enhance system functionality.

● Support internal Mplus teams as a Functional Consultant for Odoo ERP (If needed).

● Ensure all implementations adhere to best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or WMS-related projects.

● Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business and technical needs.

● Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training end-users.

● Experience with WMS platforms and Odoo ERP (preferred)

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

● Relevant certifications in ERP, WMS, or Business Analysis are a plus.
