PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: -

The role of Regional Human Resources Manager covers all HR related aspects of 5 legal entities (3 in Thailand and 2 in Myanmar), with a total headcount of approximately 500 people. The Regional HR Manager can be based in Bangkok or Wellgrow/Chachoengsao, but must plan to work some time from the alternative location. The role includes building and maintaining strong policies, processes, systems and teams on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance. As part of the Regional team, the Regional HR Manager plays a crucial role in the future growth and development of the company.

•                    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

•                    Additional HR certifications or qualifications are a plus

•                    Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations

•                    Experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance

•                    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – to build consensus and velocity in the organisation

•                    Strong results orientation and ability to motivate and manage teams and organization to deliver on agreed projects and results

•                    Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resources information systems (HRIS)

•                    Fluent in Thai and English
