Installation Technician (VoIP/Cisco Phones)

Where?
This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project.

Job Details

  • Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: 12-month contract/project assignment
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
  • Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)
  • Start Date: Interviews are beginning immediately
  • Openings: 2 positions available

Job Duties

  • Assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems.
  • Configure, connect, and test Cisco phone equipment.
  • Support workstation and phone setup activities at various onsite locations.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.
  • Document installation progress and communicate project updates to the team.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
  • Exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
