Senior Ad Strategist

You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta Ads and other major platforms, directly impacting client performance and shaping our client’s paid media practice.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta Ads and other key platforms.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business consultants to translate strategic goals into actionable media plans.</li><li>Drive data-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to maximize campaign ROI.</li><li>Implement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, APIs) to ensure accurate measurement.</li><li>-Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scale campaign performance.</li><li>Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's capabilities.</li><li>Continuously refine campaign playbooks and frameworks that drive client growth and agency success.</li></ul><h3><strong>﻿Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>3–6 years of hands-on paid media experience, primarily with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).</li><li>Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client portfolios.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API).</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights effectively.</li><li>Experience using AI tools, automation, or light scripting to improve campaign efficiency.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.</li><li>Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, funnel measurement, and blended ROAS.</li><li>Experience working with D2C, SaaS, or healthcare brands.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, and Asana/ClickUp.</li></ul>
