Role Summary
We are seeking an Associate Director with deep expertise in Cards and Consumer Banking to lead strategic programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine domain depth, client-facing solutioning skills, and strong program management capabilities to deliver high-impact outcomes. Exposure to Business Banking is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Act as the primary client interface, understanding business needs and shaping solutions.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and solution design for Cards (issuing, acquiring, loyalty, disputes) and Consumer Banking (deposits, lending, digital channels).
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
Program & Project Management
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs: scope, timelines, budgets, governance.
- Lead multi-vendor teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Implement risk management, change control, and compliance adherence.
Domain Leadership
- Provide thought leadership in Cards lifecycle, digital onboarding, fraud/dispute management, and core banking integration.
- Support regulatory readiness and operational excellence.
Billable Engagement
- Deliver measurable value to client programs, ensuring high utilization and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Cards and Consumer Banking domain; Business Banking exposure preferred.
- Strong client-facing and solutioning skills.
- Proven program/project management expertise (Agile/Hybrid).
- Ability to work onsite 2 days/week in NY/NJ/PA region.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with card network mandates, digital servicing, and regulatory compliance.
