As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications. You will work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and advance your career in a challenging and rewarding environment.</div><div><br></div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable full-stack applications.</li><li>Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems.</li><li>Contribute to the architecture and design of new and existing systems.</li><li>Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.</li><li>Ensure the security and integrity of our applications and data.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of experience in full-stack development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.</li><li>Extensive experience with ReactJS and npm packaging.</li><li>Hands-on experience writing Junit and E2E tests (e.g., using Karate and Playwright).</li><li>Solid understanding of Microservices architecture (e.g., Docker images &amp; K8s).</li><li>Experience with JPA and SQL databases.</li><li>Proficiency with Git version control.</li><li>Knowledge of routing within React code.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Additional Information</h3><div>This is a full-time position located in Cincinnati, OH, with a hybrid work model.
