As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will become an integral part of a dynamic Go-To-Market team and be at the forefront of revolutionizing technology solutions for our customers. You will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, working closely with Customer Partners and other teams. Your dedication to continuous improvement and your mastery of your specific domain will shine through as you help develop profitable deals and deliver impactful solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-facing engagements in areas such as Application Modernization, Migration, Application Observability, and Support.
• Provide strategic advice and solutions on Application Engineering, including Development, Testing, and Release Management.
• Serve as a technical expert, assisting customers in solving complex challenges through cutting-edge solutions in ERP, CRM, Mainframe, and Cloud platforms.
• Lead pre-sales and consultative selling activities, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices.
• Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to create joint solutions for customers.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes to showcase the tangible value of the proposed solutions.
• Drive cost optimization and competitive differentiation through value-oriented solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in designing Application Services and solutions, including Application Modernization, Migration, Application Maintenance, and Support.
• Extensive knowledge of major application domains such as Mainframe Applications, ERP, Automation tools, and Custom Applications.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) processes and tools across Strategy, Design, and Assessment.
• Expertise in ERP, CRM, Cloud Platforms, Integration & Middleware, BI & Analytics, Custom Development, and Mobile App Platforms.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing value-oriented solutions that drive superior customer experiences and cost optimization.
• Prior consultative selling experience with a focus on delivering differentiated, competitive solutions.
• Externally recognized as an expert in technology solutioning, with relevant technical certifications in areas like Application Data and AI.
• Knowledge of multiple industries, including BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Telecom.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10-12 years of experience in selling technical services for multi-industry customers.
• Familiarity with Emerging Technologies such as DevSecOps, Automation, and AI.
