The service consists of the following tasks:
* Sparring with the HR business to optimize and harmonize processes by
analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including
modelling processes and information
* Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems, determine root cause
and take necessary actions, addressing to other teams if necessay
* Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data
quality)
* Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance
criteria based on business requirements
* Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions
* Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance
processes
* Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
* Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and
prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product
Requirements:
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least Employee
Central and 2 other modules (not Learning)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HR
activities- is a MUST
* An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French
* Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
* Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
* Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders
effectively
* Experience with process design
* User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
