Business Analyst-HR Core

The service consists of the following tasks: *&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sparring with the HR business to optimize and harmonize processes byanalysing, describing and validating business requirements, includingmodelling processes and information*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems, determine root causeand take necessary actions, addressing to other teams if necessay*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure dataquality)*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptancecriteria based on business requirements*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptanceprocesses*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan andprioritize the further development and maintenance of the product Requirements: *&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least EmployeeCentral and 2 other modules (not Learning)*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HRactivities- is a MUST*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analytical mindset, challenger and team player*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholderseffectively*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with process design*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is&nbsp;a plus.
