The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system implementation and optimization.</div><div class="ql-align-center"><br></div><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture</li><li>Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Visio, or similar</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li></ul><div class="ql-align-center"><br></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>Experience with APIs, integrations, or database systems</li><li>Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA</li></ul><div><br></div>
