Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a leading Wealth Management organization. This role requires a senior techno-functional professional with deep expertise in wealth management platforms, enterprise system integrations, API-driven architectures, data analysis, and solution design.
Required Qualifications
13+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst within enterprise environments.
Strong experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services domains.
Strong hands-on technical analysis experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, and enterprise applications.
Expertise in requirement analysis, system analysis, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, microservices, and distributed systems.
Advanced SQL skills with ability to perform complex data analysis and validation.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
Experience creating:
o BRDs
o FRDs
o User Stories
o Process Flows
o Data Mapping Documents
o Sequence Diagrams
o API Specifications
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with wealth management platforms such as Addepar, Orion, Charles River, Pershing, Fidelity, or similar ecosystems.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka, or middleware platforms.
Knowledge of FIX protocols, trade processing, or investment operations is a plus.
Prior experience working in highly regulated financial environments.
Exposure to data warehousing and reporting platforms.
Understanding of automation and digital transformation initiatives within financial services
