About the Project
We are working on a fintech platform delivering secure, high-performance native mobile applications with real-time financial data and Core Banking integrations. The platform covers two key workstreams: native mobile SDK standardization and Personal Finance Management (PFM) features.
The team operates with an AI Agent-Driven development approach - AI agents are actively used in daily workflows for development, testing, and quality assurance.
About the Role
We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of native mobile applications and backend integrations in a fintech environment. This role suits someone detail-oriented and comfortable working in a modern QA workflow where AI tools are part of daily activities.
Job Responsibilities
Understand product requirements, system specifications, and user flows to ensure proper test coverage for mobile features and backend integrations
Design and execute test cases for native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and backend APIs - functional, regression, SIT, and integration testing
Review and enrich AI-generated test cases derived from structured specs, ensuring coverage of business rules, edge cases, and negative flows
Validate features involving real-time financial data, API integrations, and data consistency across systems including Core Banking connectors
Perform API testing and verify data flow between mobile applications and backend services
Apply direct human oversight on sensitive flows including OTP verification, eKYC, payment flows, and PFM data accuracy
Identify, track, and verify bugs with clear documentation and follow-through
Collaborate closely with developers and BA to clarify requirements, identify spec gaps early, and improve test coverage before implementation begins
Support regression testing, release validation, and UAT for critical user flows
Use AI-assisted tools to support test case generation, test data preparation, and issue analysis
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in QA/QC or software testing
Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android)
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Exposure to automation testing (Appium, Selenium, etc.)
Experience validating data flow and integration between mobile applications and backend systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to support testing tasks
Comfortable working in a workflow where AI tools and agent-generated outputs are part of daily QA activities
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, banking, or high-security systems
Familiarity with SDK testing or financial domain features (PFM, transaction categorization, eKYC)
Familiarity with CI/CD or test management tools
Good English communication skills
