Main purpose:
Lead and drive the sales team to develop new business and manage key accounts for domestic trucking and warehouse services. Ensure revenue, margin targets, and service quality while delivering effective logistics solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Supervise and coach sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
• Provide training and guidance on sales skills, product knowledge, and market approach
2. Business Development
• Identify and acquire new customers in manufacturing, trading, and forwarding sectors
• Promote trucking services (FCL, LTL, container)
• Develop customized logistics solutions based on client needs
3. Key Account Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Ensure service quality and coordinate with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
4. Pricing & Commercial Management
• Work with operations and sourcing teams to build competitive pricing
• Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with customers
• Monitor revenue, cost, and margin performance
5. Market Strategy & Reporting
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
• Develop sales plans and forecasts
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and customer insights regularly

Must-have Requirements
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in logistics sales (inland trucking)
  • At least 1 year in a team lead / supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of domestic transport network and warehouse operations
  • Good negotiation and key account management skills
  • Ability to lead team and drive sales performance
  • Good English communication
  • Male candidate preferred

Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Experience working with large manufacturers or global forwarders
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Experience in pricing strategy or margin control
