You will guide development teams, ensure best practices in</div><div>solution design, and ultimately take full ownership of the architecture and development transition from the vendor.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></div><div><strong>Architecture &amp; Design</strong></div><div>• Define the end-to-end migration architecture from SAP B2B to Optimizely, including CMS, Commerce, and PIM integration.</div><div>• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance frameworks aligned with business goals.</div><div>• Establish data migration strategies for products, pricing, and customer hierarchies.</div><div>• Ensure API integration between SAP, Optimizely, and other enterprise systems.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></div><div>• Lead and mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards.</div><div>• Collaborate with Optimizely consultants and internal teams to validate feasibility and technical approach.</div><div>• Drive DevOps strategy for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Project Ownership</strong></div><div>• Act as the technical owner of the migration project, taking over from vendor after initial phases.</div><div>• Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.</div><div>• Provide technical guidance during feasibility analysis and pilot module migration.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></div><div>• Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.</div><div>• Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and leadership in business-friendly terms.</div><div>• Support QA teams with test strategy for performance, integration, and security.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Primary Skills :</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></div><div>• SAP B2B Architecture: Deep understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud, Back Office, and integration patterns.</div><div>• B2B Platform: Hands-on experience with CMS and Commerce Cloud platforms, specifically Optimizely.</div><div>• Optimizely PIM &amp; Spire: Strong knowledge of Optimizely Product Information Management (PIM) and Spire framework for modern commerce experiences.</div><div>• .NET Development: Proficient in .NET Core and ASP.NET, essential for Optimizely development.</div><div>• Cloud Architecture: Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS, commonly used for hosting Optimizely solutions.</div><div>• Azure Active Directory: Experience with identity and access management using Azure AD.</div><div>• API Design &amp; Integration: Skilled in RESTful services, SAP APIs, and Optimizely endpoints.</div><div>• Frontend Development: Strong React expertise with CMS integration experience.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Architectural Leadership</strong></div><div>• Modern Architecture Concepts: Experience with monolithic and microservices-based systems.</div><div>• Solution Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable frameworks.</div><div>• System Integration: Expertise in bridging SAP and Optimizely platforms, including middleware and data flow strategies.</div><div>• Performance &amp; Scalability: Planning for optimized performance and future growth.</div><div>• Security &amp; Compliance: Knowledge of enterprise-grade security, data protection, and regulatory standards.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Project Ownership</strong></div><div>• End-to-End Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects from blueprint to execution.</div><div>• Vendor Transition: Skilled in taking over architecture and development from external consultants.</div><div>• Stakeholder Communication: Capable of translating technical decisions into business value for diverse audiences.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Secondary Skills :</strong></div><div><strong>Technical Enhancements</strong></div><div>• GraphQL &amp; Headless CMS Architecture: Beneficial for building modern, flexible commerce experiences.</div><div>• DevOps &amp; CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automated deployments.</div><div>• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and efficient deployments.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Soft Skills :</strong></div><div>• Team Mentoring &amp; Coaching: Experienced in guiding developers through complex migration phases and technical transitions.</div><div>• Agile Methodology: Skilled in managing sprints, backlogs, and iterative delivery cycles to ensure timely and quality outcomes.</div><div>• Analytical Thinking &amp; Problem-Solving: Strong capability in feasibility analysis, module mapping, and resolving architectural challenges.</div><div>• Continuous Learning Mindset: Proactively stays updated with evolving trends in SAP BTP, Optimizely, and cloud technologies.</div>
