Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with experience in SharePoint Online/On-Premises, InfoPath, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level collaboration and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online and On-Premises
  • Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) for business applications
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)
  • Maintain and migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Platform solutions
  • Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems
  • Develop custom forms, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business productivity
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises)
  • Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Hands-on experience with InfoPath forms and migration strategies
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI integration
  • Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform.
