Job Title :: Project Manager – ServiceNow ITSM

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations and Background Verification (BGV) programs. The candidate will lead large-scale ITSM transformations, manage end-to-end BGV project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Need 10+ years overall experience, 5+ years managing ServiceNow ITSM programs
· Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure
· Manage BGV programs/projects, including vendor onboarding, process standardization, compliance tracking, and SLA governance
· Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules:
· Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management
· Ensure adherence to ITIL v3/v4 best practices
· Manage UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support
Technical Skills & Expertise
· ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory) – hands-on project leadership experience
· ITIL v3 / ITIL v4 certified or strong practical experience
· Strong understanding of CMDB, integrations, workflows, and automation
· Experience with BGV tools, vendors, and compliance frameworks
· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
· Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
· 10+ years of overall IT experience
· Proven experience managing large-scale ITSM and BGV initiatives
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
· PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification
· ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, or higher)
· Experience working in global delivery or shared services environments
