This role is crucial in helping us build a strong employer brand and attract top talent, particularly for key roles such as <strong>BrSE, Frontend Project Managers, Software Engineers</strong>, and <strong>Japanese-speaking IT Sales</strong>. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Japan’s hiring landscape, strong content creation skills, and the ability to lead recruitment initiatives independently and creatively.</div><div><br></div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div><strong>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (70%)</strong></div><div>* Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in Japan, including BrSE, PMs, SEs, IT Sales, and more.</div><div>* Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.</div><div>* Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline using various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, ITviec, TopDev, etc.).</div><div>* Coordinate closely with the Vietnam HR team to fulfill cross-border hiring needs.</div><div>* Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding strategies.</div><div>* Proactively source and approach potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent network is always available.</div><div><strong>Employer Branding &amp; Engagement (30%)</strong></div><div>* Plan and execute employer branding campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.</div><div>* Organize and participate in recruitment events, university outreach programs, and IT job fairs across Japan (e.g., Tokyo, Osaka).</div><div>* Create engaging content for recruitment marketing across digital platforms and social media.</div><div>* Foster brand presence and visibility to attract top IT talent.</div><div><strong>Team Collaboration &amp; Development</strong></div><div>* Work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Head of Department.</div><div>* Participate in strategic HR planning and talent development initiatives.</div><div>* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff if needed.</div><div>* Contribute to the long-term goal of becoming HR Manager of HBLAB Japan (for senior candidates).</div><div><br></div><h3>Requirements</h3><div><strong>Must-Have:</strong></div><div>* Fluent in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above).</div><div>* Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment within tech companies.</div><div>* Proven track record in organizing or supporting recruitment/enrollment events in Japan.</div><div>*Currently living and working in Japan, with a strong understanding of Japanese business culture.</div><div>* Strong content creation, copywriting, and employer branding skills.</div><div>* Experience with building and managing databases of IT candidates (Developer, PM, Tech Lead, BrSE, IT Comtor, Japanese-speaking BA, etc.).</div><div>* Excellent knowledge and usage of recruitment platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, VietnamWorks, ITviec, TopCV, TopDev, etc.</div><div>* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</div><div>* Ability to work independently and take initiative.</div><div><strong>Preferred:</strong></div><div>* Team management experience and a career aspiration to grow into an HR Manager role at HBLAB Japan.</div><div><br></div>
