About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to client management and placement. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other innovative methods to attract top talent.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate seamless communication between clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise clients effectively.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist in negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and relevant candidate information.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in [mention specific industries, if applicable, e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering] recruitment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
- Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Naukri).
- Target-Oriented: Proven ability to work towards KPIs, hiring targets, and deadlines.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
