Responsibilities:
  • Manage Operation team to ensure smooth daily deliveries and address any problems happening during the day.
  • Monitor to meet key operational KPIs on: On Time, Fill Rate, Incident Rate, Wastage Rate.
  • Measure and ensure the productivity of the Operation and Shipper team to meet cost KPI on Fulfillment Cost and Last Mile Cost.
  • Design KPI, bonus scheme, and execute to improve lead time, accuracy, and efficiency at every stage of the operation process.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address current issues and execute inter-department projects to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Build excel base operation system and shift it to an internal system with our internal tech team step by step.
  • Manage inventory, implement prevention methods to control operational loss.
  • Lead the Delivery Ops team and address challenges related to shippers. Monitor and balance between in-house and external logistics parties for the best efficiency.
  • Monitor the overall operational system, ensure data readiness, security, and smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to design and implement a long-term operating system.
  • Manage layouts, facilities, and equipment in the warehouse.
  • Build a long-term warehouse solution by equipping it with lean processes, modern technology, and devices to boost operational efficiency.
  • Hire staff for operation, enhance communication, conduct training & mentoring to various team members.
  • Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications:
  • Experience of managing team size of 50+ people/ 300+ fulfillment orders per day
  • Business English
  • 3+ years in similar roles
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-focused, Eager to learn new things.
  • Good communication skills, hard and smart work, and enthusiasm.
