<h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3><div>As the Account Manager – Paid Media, you will be the key contact for assigned clients, responsible for achieving growth KPIs through sustainable, data-backed advertising strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal strategists and performance teams to plan scaling initiatives, oversee flawless campaign execution, and ensure strong client relationships.</div><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><div><strong>Client Strategy &amp; Communication</strong></div><ul><li>Manage relationships with client founders, CMOs, and marketing heads.</li><li>Lead weekly performance review meetings and translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Align client expectations, growth goals, and media strategy to business objectives.</li><li>Oversee client P&amp;L for ad investments, balancing growth and efficiency.</li></ul><div><strong>Performance Management &amp; Reporting</strong></div><ul><li>Monitor campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Ensure CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR targets are met through data-driven optimizations.</li><li>Identify performance issues and propose improvement strategies.</li><li>Build and present clear, insightful performance reports.</li></ul><div><strong>Scaling &amp; Strategy Development</strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate with the strategy team to design account growth roadmaps.</li><li>Recommend budget allocation, funnel strategy, and audience expansion.</li><li>Audit creatives and landing pages to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>Suggest new platform testing or automation opportunities.</li></ul><div><strong>Execution Oversight &amp; Team Coordination</strong></div><ul><li>Ensure daily ad operations and reporting tasks are completed accurately.</li><li>Translate strategic goals into actionable steps for internal teams.</li><li>Track progress, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Coach junior team members on performance marketing and communication.</li></ul><div><strong>Process &amp; System Development</strong></div><ul><li>Create SOPs and templates for reporting, campaign audits, and reviews.</li><li>Maintain workflow consistency and structured documentation.</li><li>Contribute to automation and dashboard projects that enhance efficiency.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>4–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital strategy (preferably agency-side).</li><li>Proven record managing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ monthly ad spends across platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).</li><li>Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exceptional client management and communication abilities.</li><li>Strategic thinker able to connect marketing metrics with business growth.</li><li>Experience mentoring small teams and improving internal workflows.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with AI or automation tools for optimization and reporting.</li><li>Understanding of multi-touch attribution, blended ROAS, and funnel measurement.</li><li>Exposure to D2C, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, and Asana/ClickUp.</li></ul>
