Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of product operations processes and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Create and maintain documentation for product processes and procedures.
• Support the product team in managing and prioritizing product backlog.
• Assist in the coordination of user testing and feedback sessions.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that impact product performance.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for internal teams.
• Support the product team in managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
• 1-2 years of experience in product operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle.
• Experience with product management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
