About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales recruitment, a strong understanding of the sales landscape, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of sales professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top sales talent.
  • Strong understanding of the sales landscape and different sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with social media recruiting.
