The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Agile frameworks,</div><div>particularly Scrum, and demonstrate a proven ability to facilitate effective team collaboration,</div><div>manage sprint execution, and drive project delivery.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)</strong></div><div><strong>Experience: 10-12 years&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Mandatory Skills: Agile,Scrum,Jira, ecommerce and retail domain, stakeholder management, Excellent communication</strong></div><div><strong>Immediate to&nbsp;30 days candidates preferred.</strong></div><div><br></div><div> Candidate should have <strong>10+ years</strong> of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project</div><div>Manager</div><div> Proven track record in eCommerce and Retail (B2C/B2B platforms, order</div><div>management systems, digital transformation projects, etc.)</div><div> Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with practical</div><div>experience leading multiple Scrum teams</div><div> Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,</div><div>Retrospectives</div><div> Conduct and guide Backlog Grooming/Refinement sessions with Product Owners</div><div>and development teams</div><div> Support Sprint Planning, ensuring scope, goals, and deliverables are well-defined</div><div>and achievable</div><div> Collaborate on estimation and project planning, aligning with stakeholders on</div><div>timelines and priorities</div><div> Identify and remove impediments/blockers to ensure continuous progress</div><div> Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, capacity planning, etc.)</div><div> Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams</div><div> Strong working knowledge of Jira (sprint boards, reporting, dashboards)</div><div> Experience with Confluence (documentation, team collaboration)</div><div> Familiarity with Agile planning tools and frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile</div><div>environments)</div><div> Excellent communication and facilitation skills</div><div> Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities</div><div> Ability to coach teams and foster an environment of accountability and transparency</div><div> Certified Scrum Master</div>
