Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

Experience: 6+ years

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building cutting-edge SaaS applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and cloud integration. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements
• Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions using Java and modern front-end frameworks
• Conduct unit and integration testing using automated frameworks
• Review code written by peers and mentor junior developers
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans
• Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and security
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern UI/UX design principles
• Good understanding of Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience in HTML and CSS
• Exposure to multitenancy and handling large data volumes is a plus
• Familiarity with software quality assurance processes and automated testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Big Data or scalable data processing systems
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience in product-oriented companies with fast release cycles
