<h3><strong>Job Title:</strong> Technical Business Analyst – Wealth Management</h3><div><strong>Location:</strong></div><div><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</div><h4><strong>Role Overview</strong></h4><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Business Analyst</strong> with strong <strong>financial/banking domain expertise</strong> to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in <strong>client onboarding, requirements gathering, workflow design</strong>, and <strong>e‑signature platforms</strong> while leveraging <strong>SQL and data analysis</strong> to drive informed business decisions.</div><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to <strong>gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements</strong>.</li><li>Drive <strong>end-to-end requirement lifecycle management</strong> including elicitation, validation, prioritization, and sign-off.</li><li>Support <strong>client onboarding initiatives</strong>, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Analyze existing and proposed <strong>business workflows</strong>, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into <strong>clear functional specifications and user stories</strong>.</li><li>Use <strong>SQL and data analysis</strong> techniques to validate data, generate insights, and support decision-making.</li><li>Support implementation and integration of <strong>e‑signature platforms</strong> (e.g., <strong>DocuSign</strong>) within onboarding and approval workflows.</li><li>Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.</li></ul><h4><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h4><ul><li>Total 9 years of experience <strong>5+ years</strong> of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably Wealth Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SQL</strong> for data analysis, validation, and reporting.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>data-driven requirements</strong> and collaborating with data/engineering teams.</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>e‑sign / e‑signature platforms</strong> (mandatory: <strong>DocuSign</strong>).</li><li>Expertise in <strong>requirements gathering and documentation</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>workflow design, process mapping</strong>, and optimization.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Good-to-Have Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with digital onboarding platforms or customer lifecycle management systems.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).</li><li>Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or fintech platforms.</li><li>Experience in driving automation initiatives in banking operations.</li></ul>
