Job Title: Endpoint Administrator (2 Positions)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract, Possible Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $23–25/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Endpoint Management: Administer, optimize, image, and deploy physical and virtual workstations, including Windows laptops/desktops, MacBooks, and Cisco hard phones.
  • Inventory Control: Process incoming and outbound assets, ensuring accurate tagging and documentation in ServiceNow while maintaining min/max inventory levels.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as an escalation point for advanced break-fix issues and conduct virtual new user orientation classes to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and test endpoint systems, adhering to established procedures to maintain performance and compliance with security standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal Knowledge Articles to enhance team resources and support endpoint services.
  • Task Ownership: Manage assigned tasks, projects, and tickets with a focus on quality, clear communication, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure daily maintenance tasks align with security and regulatory standards, such as PCI-DSS.


Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience imaging physical and/or virtual endpoints.
  • 1+ year working with ticketing systems and adhering to SLAs.
  • 1+ year with MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, Trellix, ManageEngine, Tanium) preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control and understanding min/max levels.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Active Directory for user, computer, and group administration, including security standards and endpoint monitoring.
  • Intermediate support skills for Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS.
  • Ability to write and implement automation scripts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and compliance standards like PCI-DSS preferred.
  • AZ-900 certification is a plus.
