Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the company, Day-to-day tasks include financial management, operations oversight, business planning, sales strategies, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Foreign Degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably with coffee shop/ restaurant experience.

+ Oversee daily operations of all coffee shop locations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.

+ Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
+ Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals.

- Marketing and Brand Development:
