Technical Business Systems Analyst

<div><strong>Job Summary:</strong></div><div> We are looking for a strong Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Snowflake migration projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements, data analysis, and end-to-end delivery for data platform modernization.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into detailed data and migration specifications.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support end-to-end data warehouse migration to Snowflake, including source-to-target mapping and data validation.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform data analysis, data profiling, and impact analysis on legacy systems.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define and support UAT, SIT, and data reconciliation activities.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices during migration.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong experience as a Technical BSA / Data BSA on data warehouse or cloud migration projects.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience with Snowflake.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and data reconciliation.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to understand and work with complex data flows and large datasets.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
